Your Responsibilities

You support the team in the development of Algo Trading models based on technical or statistics analysis, fundamental data, or machine learning
You research and analyze new trading strategies and backtest them
You follow a DevOps approach in close cooperation with our DevOps and front office teams
You support in documenting models/applications in Confluence
You communicate, network and build communities around Algo Trading within of our Energy Markets function

Your Profile

You are currently enrolled at university, preferably in computer science, engineering, physics, or other technical courses of study
You have very good programming skills (e.g., Python, Rust, Java, Git) and ideally experiences in Algo Trading
Good knowledge around the Microsoft Azure technology stack (e.g. Azure Machine Learning, Azure Data Factory, Azure Data Bricks, Snowflake, PowerBI) and a good understanding of energy markets are a plus
You show strong analytical skills and a solution-oriented mindset
You are highly cooperative and are a true team player
You are versatile in an international environment and are aware of intercultural differences
You are business fluent in English, German is advantageous
