  • Support configuration changes based on new product or customer requirements.
  • Validate and document modifications according to internal standards and engineering requirements.

3. Troubleshooting & Technical Support

  • Diagnose issues in robotic subsystems (motion control, sensors, brakes, repeatability, alignment).
  • Provide on‑floor support for urgent production incidents and long-term problem solving.
  • Collaborate closely with manufacturing and engineering teams and external experts (e.g., vendor specialists) to resolve recurring issues.
  • Analyze robot behaviors (e.g., sagging, overforce errors, alignment drift) to identify root causes and corrective actions.

4. Training & Knowledge Transfer

  • Train operators, technicians, and new team members on handling system operation, safety, and best practices.
  • Create and maintain technical work instructions, checklists, and troubleshooting guides.
  • Act as a subject-matter expert for handling system topics within the site.

5. Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with Manufacturing, Engineering, Quality and Logistics.
  • Share feedback and improvement opportunities with design and NPI teams.
