IT Digital Workplace Operations Specialist (d/f/m) - IP Telephony and on prem Web Conferencing systems
um Teil unseres Teams „Digital Workplace - Collaboration Services“ zu werden.
Sie werden Teil des Digital Workplace-Teams innerhalb der Direktion für Informationstechnologie sein, das für alle Technologien verantwortlich ist, die Menschen heute am Arbeitsplatz für ihre Arbeit nutzen. Innerhalb des Digital Workplace kümmert sich das Collaboration Services Team um Anwendungen vor Ort und in der Cloud wie E-Mail, Instant Messaging, Webkonferenzen, Eventkonferenzen, Telefonie, IT-Ausstattung und IT-Services in Besprechungs- und Videokonferenzräumen, Social-Media-Tools für Unternehmen, Filesharing-Anwendungen und Produktivitäts-Tools wie Google Workspace.
Als Teil des Collaboration Services Teams sind Sie an der Ausführung, dem Aufbau und der Inbetriebnahme aller Anwendungen im Zusammenhang mit IP-Telefonie oder lokalen Webkonferenzsystemen auf Basis von Cisco-Technologie beteiligt.

Sie berichten an den Leiter Collaboration Services und gelegentlich an den Leiter Digital Workplace. Sie arbeiten eng mit dem Restricted Collaboration Product Manager zusammen.

Die Arbeitsmethodik des Digital Workplace basiert auf Kanban und zielt darauf ab, Aufgaben in möglichst kurzen Zykluszeiten zu erledigen, um die Kundenzufriedenheit zu verbessern.
Diese Methodik erfordert eine hohe Reaktionsfähigkeit auf Veränderungen, da sich die Prioritäten sehr häufig verschieben, keine festgelegten Verantwortlichkeiten bestehen und die Teams über ein hohes Maß an Eigenverantwortung verfügen.
Bei dieser Arbeitsweise umfasst Ihr Aufgabenbereich Folgendes:

• Leitung der globalen Gesundheit von IPT- und On-Prem-Webkonferenzdiensten in AH (Rückstand bei Vorfällen, Vollständigkeit der Wissensdatenbank, Effizienz bei der Lösung von Vorfällen, Anforderungskatalog, CMDB-Aktualisierungen, Implementierung von Änderungen, Erfüllung von SLAs, Erstellung von Dashboards)
  
• Unterstützung des Produktmanagers für eingeschränkte Zusammenarbeit bei allen RUN-, BUILD TO TUN- oder BUILD-Aktivitäten, die im Rahmen von IPT- oder On-Prem-Webkonferenzen angefordert werden.
  
• Führen Sie die RUN-Aktivitäten des IPT oder der lokalen Webkonferenzlösungen mit Unterstützung anderer IT-Betriebsspezialisten durch.
  
• Definieren Sie regelmäßige Verbesserungen im Rahmen der Aktivität.
  
• Stellen Sie die ordnungsgemäße Inbetriebnahme aller neuen Funktionen der Anwendungen in Ihrem Zuständigkeitsbereich sicher. In diesem Zusammenhang müssen Sie bereit sein, Ihre Anwendungen ständig mit neuen Versionen zu verbessern, die manchmal intern oder von den Softwareanbietern entwickelt werden.
  
• Verwalten Sie den Prozess zur Lösung schwerwiegender Vorfälle, indem Sie die richtigen Rollen und Akteure einbeziehen.
  
• Kümmern Sie sich um Eskalationen, indem Sie eine schnelle Lösung und die kontinuierliche Verbesserung unserer Prozesse sicherstellen.
  
• Tragen Sie zu regelmäßigen Überprüfungen der Routinen für eingeschränkte Zusammenarbeit bei, einschließlich der Teilnahme an der PI-Planung mit der Gruppe, wöchentlichen Teambesprechungen und Produktteam-Besprechungen.
  
• Dokumentieren Sie den Umfang der Aktivität.
  
• Verwalten Sie die Beziehung zum Service Desk im Rahmen der Aktivität.
  
• Stellen Sie den richtigen „Shift-Right-Ansatz” sicher, indem Sie täglich mit dem IT-Service-Desk-Serviceplanungsteam kommunizieren.
  
• Unterstützen Sie den Collaboration Services Architect beim Erstellen oder Aktualisieren der Architekturdossiers Ihrer Anwendungen. Darüber hinaus helfen Sie ihm oder ihr bei der Bewertung neuer Funktionen und Technologien im Zusammenhang mit Ihren Anwendungen.
  
• Beteiligen Sie sich an der strategischen Produkt-Roadmap Ihrer Anwendungen, indem Sie den Collaboration Product Managern kontinuierlich neue Ideen vorschlagen. Dazu gehört auch die Weiterentwicklung der Service-Roadmap Ihres Bereichs.
  
• Arbeiten Sie eng mit dem Change Manager der Abteilung zusammen, um das Änderungsmanagement mit Endbenutzern und wichtigen Stakeholdern wie VIPs und Assistenten sicherzustellen. In diesem Zusammenhang ist es von entscheidender Bedeutung, die Betriebsanforderungen in benutzerfreundliche Anleitungen für die Endbenutzer und Wissensartikel für die Service Desk-Mitarbeiter zu übersetzen.
  

Folgende Qualifikationen / Fähigkeiten bringen Sie mit:

• Studium im Bereich IT oder einer vergleichbaren Studienrichtung
  
• Mindestens 5 Jahre Erfahrung im IT-Servicemanagement oder als IT-Produktmanager

In order to manage current and future projects, Airbus Helicopters is looking for you to join the team in Donauwörth as soon as possible as our new
IT Digital Workplace Operations Specialist (d/f/m) - IP Telephony and on prem Web Conferencing systems
to join our Digital Workplace - Collaboration Services Department.
You will be part of the Digital Workplace team inside the Information Technology Directorate responsible for all the technologies people use to get work done in today’s workplace. Inside the Digital Workplace, Collaboration Services Team is taking care of applications on premises and in the cloud like email, instant messaging, web conferencing, event conferencing, telephony, IT equipment and IT services in the meeting and video conference rooms, enterprise social media tools, file sharing applications and productivity tools like Google Workspace.
As part of the Collaboration Services Team, you will be involved in the RUN, BUILD TO RUN and Entry Into Service of any application related to the IP Telephony or on prem web conferencing systems based on Cisco technology.

At our Donauwörth site, located on the banks of the river Danube, we develop helicopters from the initial idea to the airworthy product. Watch them take off and touch down on our own on-site test airfield.

Your tasks and responsibilities:
You report to the Head of Collaboration Services and from time to time to the Head of Digital Workplace. You will work closely with the Restricted Collaboration Product Manager.
Moreover, you will have other interactions with:

• Airbus & Helicopters IM Products owners.
  
• Airbus & Helicopters Digital Workplace Solution Architects and Enterprise Architects.
  
• Airbus Commercial, Defense and Space and roofs counterparts (eg. North America, China, Singapore)

Digital Workplace working methodology is Kanban with the objective to focus on getting things done on the shortest cycle times as possible to improve customer satisfaction.
That methodology implies high responsiveness to change as priorities are shifting very frequently, no prescribed responsibilities and high team empowerment.
In that way of working, the scope of your job will be:

• Lead the global health of IPT and on prem web conferencing services in AH (incident backlog, knowledge database completeness, incident resolution efficiency, request catalog, CMDB updates, Implementation of Changes, SLA fulfillment, dashboard creation)
  
• Support the Restricted Collaboration Product Manager in any RUN, BUILD TO TUN or BUILD activity requested on the IPT or on prem web conferencing activity.
  
• Perform the RUN activities of the IPT or on prem web conferencing solutions with the support of other IT operation specialists.
  
• Define regular improvements in the scope of the activity.
  
• Ensure the proper Entry to Service of any new feature of the applications inside your scope. Regarding this aspect, you need to be ready to permanently improve your applications with new releases sometimes developed in house or by the software vendors.
  
• Manage Major Incident resolution process, by involving good roles and actors.
  
• Take care of escalations, by ensuring quick resolution and ensuring continuous improvement of our processes.
  
• Contribute to regular reviews on Restricted Collaboration routines including participation to PI Planning with the Group, weekly team meetings, product team meetings.
  
• Document the scope of the activity
  
• Manage the relationship with the Service Desk in the scope of the activity
  
• Ensure the proper “shift right approach” by having daily exchanges with the IT Service Desk Service Planning team.
  
• Support the Collaboration Services Architect in building or updating the architecture dossiers of your applications. Furthermore, you will help him or her in evaluating new features and technologies connected to your applications.
  
• Participation in the strategic product roadmap of your applications by continuously proposing new ideas to the Collaboration Product Managers. This also includes evolving the service roadmap of your perimeter.
  
• Work closely with the department Change Manager to secure the change management with end users and key stakeholders like VIPs and Assistants. In this aspect, it is key to translate the operation requirements into usable guides for the end users and knowledge articles for the Service Desk Agents.
  

Desired skills and qualifications:

• Degree in IT or a comparable field of study
  
• At least 5 years of experience in IT service management or IT product manager jobs
  
• Technical knowledge of Multimedia, Web Conferencing and Video Conferencing Technology required
  
• Technical knowledge of VoIP Telephony systems, PBX’s, Cisco infrastructure, telephony certificates management required
