PCB Designer Semiconductor (all gender)

Location: Böblingen

YOU…

• create and maintain component libraries for our clients
• develop PCB layouts from scratch based on schematics provided by electrical engineers, ensuring proper maintenance and accuracy of the schematics
• redesign and modify existing PCBs, analyze structures, and implement part changes – projects can range from a few days to several months
• manage Bills of Materials (BOM) by updating and replacing obsolete or outdated components
• review and clean up designs to ensure quality and consistency
• process client requests and collaborate closely with internal teams and customers

YOU…

• have completed engineering degree in electrical engineering, computer science or similar studies
• bring proven experience in PCB layout and design, ideally with Siemens Xpedition (Mentor Graphics)
• have strong knowledge of hardware design & schematics
• bring an analytical mindset with a structured approach to work, along with excellent teamwork and communication skills
• have very good communication skills English
