Was du mitbringen solltest.
Bachelor- oder Masterabschluss in IT, Informatik, Wirtschaftswissenschaften (mit Schwerpunkt IT) oder einem verwandten Bereich
Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Konzeptionierung, Planung und Durchführung von IT-Projekten oder IT-Programmen mit strategischem Schwerpunkt
Analytische und strukturierte Denkweise sowie die Fähigkeit, komplexe Informationen zu verarbeiten und die Bereitschaft, verschiedene Perspektiven innerhalb der IT-Organisation einzunehmen
Hervorragende kommunikative Fähigkeiten und Sozialkompetenz sowie die Fähigkeit, komplexe technische Konzepte an Stakeholder:innen ohne technischen Bezug zu vermitteln
Überzeugendes Auftreten zur Entwicklung von Netzwerken und zum Aufbau vertrauensvoller Beziehungen sowohl intern als auch extern
Ausgezeichnete Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in englischer Sprache und die Fähigkeit, effektiv und geschickt mit Stakeholder:innen zu kommunizieren

What this role looks like.
Developing and implementing a long-term IT transformation strategy and the associated concepts, with a focus on retail requirements
Assuming responsibility for the implementation of strategic IT initiatives and projects to achieve the defined five- and ten-year IT targets
Supporting senior management in strategic decisions by providing options for action, recommendations and analyses
Presenting IT strategy results to senior management and other relevant stakeholders
Recruiting, managing and developing the team, as well as providing feedback and coaching to promote the professional development of team members in the strategy area
What you bring with you.
Bachelor's or master's degree in IT, computer science, economics (with an IT focus) or a related field
Several years of experience in the conception, planning and implementation of strategic IT projects or programmes
Analytical mindset and the ability to process complex information, with a willingness to understand the different perspectives within the IT organisation
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
Convincing demeanour to establish networks and build trusted relationships both internally and externally
Excellent communication skills in English and the ability to communicate effectively and skilfully with stakeholders
Experience with large scale transformation projects related to technology and digitalisation, ideally in a consulting capacity
In-depth knowledge of relevant emerging technologies and their potential in a retail business context
