Your main objective is to turn (your) Tanso customers into successful Tanso advocates, take ownership to make us as a Customer Success Team even better and support us in delivering value to our growing customer base at scale.
As our (Senior) Customer Success Manager, you work together with our Customer Success Lead and the Customer Success Team to build and refine our customer success strategy while working on the front lines of ensuring value delivery in our customer base from sustainability managers to C-Level executives.
In your role you will be building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, ensure value delivery and communication and challenge and improve our CS processes.
