Job Description

Invoice & Supplier Management

• Koordination eingehender Rechnungen und Sicherstellung zeitnaher Freigaben und Zahlungen
• Bearbeitung von Lieferantenanfragen, Verwaltung von Lieferantendaten und Abstimmung mit dem Finanzteam

Administrative Process Coordination

• Koordination wiederkehrender administrativer Prozesse und Fristen
• Strukturierung, Dokumentation und kontinuierliche Verbesserung administrativer Abläufe
• Zentrale Ansprechperson für administrative Belange für interne und externe Stakeholder

Office & Site Management

• Sicherstellung eines reibungslosen Tagesablaufs im Büro am Standort Landshut
• Verwaltung von Post, Paketen und Zugangssystemen sowie Koordination von Bürobedarf, kleinen Firmenevents und externen Dienstleistern
• Unterstützung in Angelegenheiten des Arbeits- und Gesundheitsschutzes

Qualifications and Competencies:

• You are enrolled in a university program, ideally studying Business Administration, Finance, Office Management, or a related field
• Initial experience in office work, assistance roles, or administrative tasks is a plus
• You work in a structured, reliable, and independent manner
• You have very good German skills and strong English proficiency
